Blanche loves to teach people one-on-one, or in workshops to understand the key principles of nutrition so they can take control of their weight and their health for a lifetime. She is also a volunteer educator with the Canadian Diabetes Association. Blanche’s special area of interest is weight loss; and the role of hormone balance in weight gain; and in maintaining effective and long term weight loss.

She works with Dr. Iyer to ensure sound medical parameters are maintained; and that medical conditions are treated safely. Patients enjoy healthy weight loss achieved easily and quickly.
