Then take a 5 minute walk around the office (preferably outside), then get a glass of water. Return to your desk, and clear your thoughts, while breathing deeply fr the final 2 minutes.

After 1 week: Try a similar routine to start your morning. Instead of the walk to fetch water; try a Yoga pose, or sit cross legged on the floor. While breathing deeply, focus on all that you are grateful for. All the positive and joyful things in your life. Then think about what you will achieve today. Harness positive energy, and feel joy.
