SHIRODHARA MASSAGE
DISCOVER THE ANCIENT ART AND HEALING OF SHIRODHARA
Giving you instant calm and rejuvenation, Shirodhara has its root in two Sanskrit words: shiro and dhara. Shiro means head and dhara means to flow. Warm aromatic oil flows on the forehead to the chakra point just above and between the eyebrows. This chakra point is the heart of human consciousness.
The soothing and fragrant oils flow while your mind begins to enter a state of tranquility. Your entire body relaxes, and you will be able to enter a state of 'deeper sleep' and consciousness. The fragrant herbal oils are combined according to your personal health needs and conditions. The oils can treat skin conditions like eczema and soothe psoriasis.
Insomnia, pain (physical and mental), fear, anxiety, restlessness, stress, anger and irritability all vanish as your mind reaches a state of expanded consciousness.

A complete experience that begins in a tranquil room with soft flowing water in the background, aromatherapy oils soothe your senses while you are completely pampered.
Your treatment begins with a deluxe facial that includes therapeutic microdermabrasion or fruit acid peels. Special serums that are created especially for our clients to stop your skin from aging are applied to penetrate deep into your skin. Immediately, your skin is refreshed and younger looking.
While dreamily relaxing through your nourishing facial mask, your hands are bathed in essential oils followed by a natural sea salt exfoliation follows. An Aphrodite’s manicure is included to nourish your hands and nails to complete the experience.
Aphrodite's Pedicure
Lasting a full hour and a half your pampering begins by soaking your tired feet in an aromatic herbal bath to calm aches and pains; followed by deep exfoliation with sea salt and essential oils to relax. Natural pumice, and essential oils and botanicals promote cell regeneration. Next, you will receive a stress relieving arm and leg massage which will revitalize your skin with proteins and prevent dryness, followed by a therapeutic paraffin wrap to hydrate and soothe. To finish, we will apply a polish in the shade of your choice.

Indulge in the ultimate spa manicure. Your hands will thank you after you indulge in the ultimate spa manicure with an hour of rejuvenation and relaxation! You will begin by resting your hands in a coconut milk bath to hydrate and nourish skin and nails. Exfoliation follows with natural sea salt and heavenly essential oils to soothe your senses. Next, you will be treated to an invigorating arm and hand massage using essential oils that will leave hands feeling supple and smooth, followed by a soothing paraffin wrap for supreme hydration. To finish off your experience, you will receive cuticle cleaning, buffing and shaping finished off with a polish in your favorite shade.
